Episode 18: How can artificial intelligence help solve urgent water issues?

Updated: Mar 27

Fresh water is absolutely essential to life as we know it. Sometimes described as the “universal solvent”, this amazing (and finite) substance has an amazing ability to dissolve a wide variety of molecules and for this reason it was the perfect base for the primordial soup from which life on our planet sprung. On a biological level, water provides a versatile delivery system for the transportation of substances like oxygen and nutrients between our cells - so you might just say that we depend on it.
